I’m gonna try again! Ive been vaping like crazy these past few months. Its got to end. Gonna do it cold turkey and try to hold on for dear life.

I just quit about a week ago. Finally didn’t feel the urge to use the gun so I just stopped.

If the gum does not work the lozenges are good too. I started with the lozenges and then gum before stopping

I might skip out the lozenges. Dont wanna ruin my teeth.

Well I’ve done it. I binned my vape. Now all I have left is the long perilous road of cold turkey to keep me company and a pack of nicorette.
When I stopped smoking, I chewed a whole lot of plastic straws to soothe myself.
