Recently discovered Motivation tip

I truly believe that setting aside 15 minutes in the morning to visualize worst and best ways to spend your day, can improve motivation.

Imagine things going wrong or being lazy, come up with solutions, then imagine what you would do if you had motivation or could achieve your dreams.

I just tell myself to stay moving during the week and the weekend I do nothing

Well, I count anyone lucky who can stay part of life and be motivated. Bit jealous actually towards normies and active schizos, pretty passive existence most of the time.
