Writing up new rules is a huge undertaking. I participated in it once on the old forum. So for now, just remember to try to follow the basic rules of the old site. We may be able to be a little more loose in some areas, but we need something as a guideline to not turn this place into the wild west.
I did not copy the the full text of the old rules, but if you go by these listed, we shouldnt have too many issues.
• Be nice to each other • Only one account per person • No pseudoscience • Remain anonymous • No Posts Concerning Imminent Suicide • Don’t try to date other members • Don’t post while intoxicated • No harassment of staff • No advertisements • Keep on topic • Flag posts that break rules • No posting about illegal activity • No repeat posts/spam • Keep it PG-13 BANNED TOPICS o Euthanasia o Abortion o Religion o Politics ONLY ALLOWED IN A RECOVERY-BASED CONTEXT o Unusual beliefs o Self-harm o Addiction
