I just had a root canal done, it was entirely painless and took like 15-20 minutes. It’s a big difference from as recently as the ‘90’s when it was a big, long, involved, uncomfortable procedure. And my insurance covered most of it, I only paid $191. Next is a crown.

good luck with your root canal @77nick77 Dont want to scare you but I had a root canal a few years ago and a crown and ended up having to have the tooth taken out anyway they couldn’t save it now I have a rather big gap between my teeth luckily, it’s a back tooth on the bottom isn’t really noticeable. I wish you luck on your root canal and crown hopefully you’ll get to keep your tooth mine had been watched by the dentist for some time I think it was bad for a long time I had nothing but pain from it now I don’t have any pain at all since its gone.

I’m getting 2 implants done soon. I’m worried about the discomfort. It might take around an hour.

I’m also supposed to get two implants, but I have to get a different procedure done first in the palate before they can do them. I am not looking forward to it.
