That’s great. I avoid sugar because of pre-diabetes. Olanzapine is one hell of a drug. But you are exercising so you are probably safe eating unhealthy on occasion. I’m going to do physio at home with my resistance bands today.

I try to take it easy on sugar too, @Speedy . I rarely buy candy, and if I have a soda I try to only have one for the day.

I don’t drink soda. I buy candy once every 6 months or so. I eat dark sugarless bread. For breakfast I eat muesli with yogurt.

I have my diet in check. It’s the darn motivation to exercise that’s the problem. I used to look forward to exercising before I got ill.

@Mars did you ever get your kava?? If so how’d you like it?

I got it but I’m kinda afraid to try it with my meds.

Totally i would worry too. My pdoc told me it was fine to try but ive been making so many med changes lately. I want to try it when I get some consistency in things.

Hi, guys and gals, I’m watching local football union (soccer) matches, rooting for Nantong Wolf (a team from my hometown). Nantong Wolf was the silver medal winner last year. There were more and more sports in China over the past 20 years.

Hey homie. I’m just washing a small load of whites. I didn’t really feel like doing laundry again tonight but I got some blood stains on one of my favorite white tees. I’m like super anal about my white tees lol.

@green5 Hello  I’m curious, is Wushun (Kung-Fu) still largely practiced in China?

Wushun is not as poplular as before. Nowadays more Chinese families sent their chidren to local sports clubs to learn how to play soccer, bsketball, tennis, tabletennis, and even ice hockey. Very few people sent their children to Taoist or Buddhist temples to learn Kung-Fu.

That’s really cool to learn @green5 . I had a feeling that Wushun wasn’t as popular in China as it used to be. I once saw an interview with Bruce Lee and he said that Chinese martial arts sort of give you the ā€œfuller picture.ā€ I would love to learn Wushun but it’s hard to find schools or teachers here in the U.S. At least authentic ones. Tae Kwon Do, the Korean martial art, is very popular here.

Hi leash!

I just took a shower. I have to go grocery shopping. Don’t know what’ll eat today though.

How was the festival?

Hello @Turtle , @freakonaleash , and @Speedy

I got some white tees air drying and I just got through having a killer snuggle session. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

You monte!

I find it very satisfying when I have washed my clothes, dried them and stacked them up. To the point that I don’t want to wear them so they won’t become dirty again. Lol.

How’s Jimmy doing?
