I love how the researchers contradict themselves.

This article states that there is a substance in dark chocolate that has an anti-aging benefit but we are advised not to eat more of it to get that anti aging benefit. :joy:

They don’t define dark chocolate. I usually think dark chocolate is 70% cocoa or higher. I wonder if dark chocolate is higher than 70% cocoa? If it’s too high, like 85% or higher, it tastes bitter to me, but that’s just me.

My grandma is always trying to steer me towards dark chocolate when I ask for chocolate, but man is the 70% and higher stuff bitter and waxy
