Even though I’m late middle aged. I’m trying to lose weight and take care of my skin, this is all I can control about my physical appearance. Even though I feel less tall and slender than a year and a half ago. I bet everyone on this forum has a certain age or period in your life when you felt the most attractive.
I am happy with my looks…at one point I weighed 355…now I weigh just about 203…much happier now…had ppl tell me I looked like james dean in my twenties…now it’s gary sinese I get a lot. happy with that.
Gary Sinese has a very chiseled face. He reminds me of Michael Keaton. ![]()

I read that there are two of the GLP-1s that will be covered for obesity over a certain BMI if your doctor says you’ll medically benefit from it. It’s due to start on July 1 2026.
Oh wow i will have to look into that. When we talked to some reps earlier they did say things were moving fast and positive change could happen soon so they kinda told us to stay tuned.
Medicaid covers it
one of the reasons i want to get back into employment asap is because there’s no other way to afford the GLP-1 injections for me
a glp 1 drug would change my life, but i just can’t spare the monthly money. i need it to be covered.
