My face has gotten fat. Does anyone else feel the same way

Yes. 
I’ve gained so much of the weight back I lost because of stress and a med change.
Trying to get back into the groove but it’s hard.

Yeah gained 10kg the first 2 months on antipsychotics. Also got a bunch of acne though I dont know if its the medicine or if its just stress
