I always suggest using employment agencies but it seems like no one has ever used one. I’ll post it again though. Employment agencies are where you can go and fill out an application and give to them and then they will do all the job hunting for you. If they find an employer looking for someone then they will notify you and you can put in your application and interview for the job. The employment agency does all the work of finding job openings.
