A year ago my attendance at work was horrible. Late almost every day, sometimes as long as an hour but usually ten or 15 minutes. And calling in sick all the time. When the new boss took over in December my attendance improved a 100%. Been late a couple times in 4 months but I usually punch in right on the button and punch out when I’m supposed to. It feels good and I can go to the company website and see all my punches and it looks good to see I’m on time so much. The new boss is way stricter than the old boss but he’s tolerable. He likes to feel in control and sometimes twists interactions to make sure he’s in control. Maybe that’s normal.
