Depression is deep. I’ve been having it on and off for almost a decade. Along with schizo

Try to ignore them then your mind won’t feel bad and chaotic. At least music helps. My zuclopenthixol makes the music sound good… A bit psychedelic! Maybe try focusing the mind on something scientific because it is very grounding. You could experiment with things that help and keep doing them. I like walking, eating, music and health amongst other things. Sometimes doing nothing to calm the mind. Don’t accept the mental chaos. Do something. Some drugs make you feel worse. You are best to decide what drugs help and what doesn’t. If you feel anxious then maybe relax and work in the opposite direction. That sort of thing…

I received my trentemøller record today. I’m very pleased how it sounded like on vinyl.

I’m sorry you are feeling crappy.

Voices always say down putting things. There is nothing new there.

Voices constantly tell me I’m garbage, I hear them laughing at me.

So what’s new Om? You aren’t usually bothered with what they are saying.

Are you experiencing something that has broken the same old patterns? What’s up?

They sound good. What record? What year of release?

Sometimes you have to put up with the voices. There may always be some voices. You can work around this. Coping skills and see what works. You must be a saint for taking these conversations seriously. The hearing voices network helps people to live with their problems rather than rely on over sedation. I don’t know what to think personally but I no longer take voices seriously because although I hear them they are unkind about everyone and so I forgive and move on. This works for me

Trentemøller - Last resort (2006).

It’s his debut album. I used to listen to that album when I was in school studying. Man time flies.

They are not rude usually.

It’s an exception when they are.

So I’m never used to it.

Oh I see. Good music for distraction

Why aren’t you coping with them? I guess I’ve had them a lot longer than most. Also mine disappear when I do my own thing. I lowered my dose of zuclopenthixol and the voices went quietly away and my mind resettled. I managed the voices because sometimes I’m actually ruder about people than what I hear! I accepted them and they disappeared. Now I’m living the dream but I just need to get over one or two hangups

Good morning Om!

I haven’t taken my meds for two days now. I feel dizzy.

I keep falling asleep on the couch so I missed two dosages.

Also I haven’t eaten dinner for two days.

It’s morning and I’m cooking. Lol!
