TW: Being killed would have been the easy way out

Yep. Death. Who knows what comes after this life but at least I wouldn’t have all this ■■■■ day in and day out to deal with.

You can also call a suicide prevention hotline—these are available in the U.S. and in many other countries.

If you dont know what follows you cant rule out more day in day out sh!t.

Sorry to hear, but i know the feeling, i’m having it right now, and to be honest i don’t really know what to say. Sometimes acceptance of the situation can help, but accepting … is a hard thing to do. Sometimes things change for no obvious reason

Wishing you better!

life is better than death… please don’t hurt yourself…

Breath …

Biggest thing about it is the overwhelming feeling. If u can calm your body and accept the feelings it’s still hard as shi t but not unbearable

Get help but some time you have to go through the suffering and accept it and the reality that it will NOT last forever
