Same as me starts tomorrow. I stocked up on food and got my meds. I wish I had bought some coffee but I will drink tea instead

Smart to stock up. I got pop and vape pods.

We are supposed to get 8-10 inches starting Saturday. I stocked the house in case the power goes out. We live in a major city so it will be dramatic if that happens. My concern is enough battery power for my insulin phone and my fridge full of insulin in case electric goes out. I use a specific insulin that must remain cold but I guess if it comes to that I’ll put it in an ice box outside.

@sweetpotatopie yes I’m glad you thought of putting the insulin outside…we used to do that when we had a diabetic dog.

I didn’t even know about this storm until the end of my seminar when my teacher said something about it

Our snowfall estimate increased to 10-12 inches. This is very unusual for us. We do not live in the mountains.

They are saying anywhere from 12-18 inches for my neck of the woods— possibly more :snowflake: :snowboarder:

…Already did my grocery run for the Great Blizzard of ‘26, but I’ve been snacking on the reserves, so might have to get more stuff before the storm hits on Sunday afternoon .

Stay warm and stay safe everybody :snowman:

Get your crockpots ready!

We are having barbecoa (very gringo style lol) done in the crockpot on Saturday, and meatloaf on Sunday

Be safe out there. I imagine most of us impacted by the storm will be hunkered down inside

I was hoping to read and watch philosophy videos this weekend. I guess Sunday I’ll be shoveling off and on all day. This blows
