I’m still planning to change the dosage of my meds.
But I read that vraylar can cause overheating when doing strenuous exercise.
My goal is that I want to start exercising again.
I don’t want to overheat when I exercise. It could be dangerous.
Do you know anything about vraylar and overheating?

You know I had that on Ziprasidone. I’ve heard many say that Abilify did that to them. So if you didn’t over heat on Abilify you probably won’t on Vraylar either.

I read that all antipsychotics cause overheating when I was a nurse. It might cause it. I don’t have it.

I was on abilify for a week. It gave me terrible akathisia so I couldn’t take it.
I’m on a low dosage of vraylar 1.5mg and high dosage of olanzapine 20mg. I want to lower the olanzapine and increase the vraylar.

Why not. I think your decision is good. I think you could loose some weight then. And you’ll probably become mentally sharper.

The overheating can be fatal. It’s a serious side effect.
