Doing better. Didn’t go outside last night. Probably just go with not going outside after dark. See my doctor the 26th this month.

I interpret things in music and end up delusional sometimes, but I don’t hear things like I don’t hallucinate

Music drowns out my voices and some external noises. I’ll tell my pdoc on the 26th. I see med changes on the horizon.
