my fat free mass is 175 lbs, your at a good weight, you gotta remember if you used to be very heavy a significant amount of weight even after losing is skin, so you are probably actually at a lower body fat percentage than weight suggests, if you retained extra skin from weight loss

Oh, I have some skin, but it’s not emptied of fat yet.

your making / have made some insane progress. i want to congratulate u for sticking to it. i might finally buckle down and start semaglutide, seems pretty good

I still have to dodge bad food. Yesterday my wife made nachos for lunch, tuna casserole for supper, and brownies for dessert. I had oatmeal for breakfast, scrambled eggs and sliced tomatoes for lunch, and a salad with slices of whole wheat bread for supper. Dessert was a banana. Had a few spoonfuls of sauerkraut for probiotics and two small dishes of refried beans through the day to keep up protein.

trust me i know, theres no magic workaround, i have done cico and keto before, most important thing in weight loss is diet consistency. i just need an extra assist in decreasing the glaring presence of food noise and i can put in the effort with less resistance

I’m gonna try cutting out some carbs and 30 mins on exercise bike daily. I can watch my streams while exercise. I would like to make a great example of losing weight on APs. Got a burrito bowl for lunch.

I am exercising and eating rubbish food and my weight is stable

Need to try and stop with the bad food but I have needed sugar boosts coffee and nicotine as been fighting off tiredness after starting a course as well as work. Everything so demanding right now but when it lets up I will try to start eating right again

Im down 5kg, almost a stone; in 3 weeks of hard Mon-Fri exercise. I drink only water and tea thereafter. Im usually done with gym by 9:30am. I eat my main meal around 3-4pm. And thats it. It’s working for me.

Yeah I used to box semi-pro so understand that hard work and discipline pays off. Its taking a lot, but it must be done.
