Up to 180 at the moment and pizzed over it. Trying to get back on track. My spouse filled the home with white carbs.

All good man. My weight loss has stopped a bit too but I did manage to lose 15-20 pounds. Kind of taking a break now. At least for a day or two then when I’m recovered I’ll hit it again.

Down to 341. Started at 365. Soooo tempted to order my favorite huge meal on doordash but I’m going with @shutterbug s wisdom. No steps back.

I’m down to 268 from my recent high of 282 on February 14th. My all time high was 296 back in 2013

thats was my weight 2 months ago.now I am 85 kg.i have few kg and I will be in my perfect and optimal weight.

I am hoping now I stopped binging on sugary foods my weight should go down

Be just over a week

At least the pre diabetic has not gotten worse
