Woke up this morning in an extremely irritable mood,then was rushing to go to the doctors appointment for my father, then the ■■■■■■■ car wouldn’t start, so missed the appointment.
When it rains it pours.
Can’t wait for this day to be over.
On top of everything still waiting for my psychiatrist to get back to me with a phone call or text.
It’s been more than 24 hours now.
I’m sorry you had a bad day

My pdoc I love but she is bad at returning calls. I called 1-2 weeks ago but nothing. I see her now in a few days. So that is good anyway.
