Oats, rice, noodles, vegs, potato fries (done in air fryer), fruit, biscuits, eggs, bread, peanut butter, cheese, chips. Coffee, flavoured water, and oat milk for drinks.

I’m vegetarian and at the moment I’m not in a health phase so I eat anything I want but within limits of common sense.

I try to eat supposedly healthy, like plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, fish of various kinds and lean meat, low fat milk products, olive oil and oats in various forms. Pretty consistent but quite expensive selection of foods. :broccoli: :fish: :bowl_with_spoon: :olive: :poultry_leg:

I eat sourdough bread toast, avocado, a hard boiled egg, banana, blueberries, and strawberries and a cup of coffee with Oatmilk for breakfast.

For lunch maybe salmon, rice, and salad. Also, sometimes grilled chicken wings.

I eat a low carb diet. @Zoe is correct that a low carb diet can help PCOS.

Lately I usually have oats with blueberries and cinnamon (no sugar) for breakfast, rice and egg whites, or tuna, or chicken for lunch., and a lean protein with veggies and potatoes for dinner.

I go through different phases with food. Sometimes i eat takeout/pizza/chips/chocolate etc regularly for a week or two.
Then other times i go on health streaks. Mainly just eating tons or veggies and meat and cutting out sugar and no alcohol etc.
I think my bipolar has a part to play in this cycle of mine.
Ive been in a healthy streak for a couple of weeks now. Feeling great for it.
Literally just veggies, meat, coffee, water and some potatoes or rice or something. Theres lots of interesting meals you can make with those things. Lots of different sauces and herbs and spices out there to make it delish.
