I never go grocery shopping when I’m hungry. Otherwise I buy junk.

Drink tea and water and eat eggs
I eat smaller meals and drink water. I ignore the hunger most of the time. It gets better and easier after a while when the body gets used to getting less foods. You just have to commit and see it through.
On 10 mg I couldn’t control my eating. My doctor lowered my dose to 7.5 mg and it’s been much easier.
Vegetables, and lots of them. I eat about 1 - 1.5 kg of vegetables each day. No sugars, no carbs.

The more you exercise the more you can eat.
You could try a plant based diet or mediteranian diet and that way eat more because itzzz healthier food.
If you make Minestrone Soup you csn put soup mix in (lentil and bean mix) that way its more filling.
