i live with that kind of paranoia too… community is watching to some extent

I’m sorry you feel that way too. It’s very exhausting. Me and my therapist are currently working on this. So far I can sit outside but my neighbors are very “heavy handed” in tone. They are always outside and screaming. My therapist is trying to expose me to it but when it gets bad because loud sounds amp me, I put on noise canceling headphones.

When I got out of the hospital I visited my neighbor because I knew he would notice me missing for a month, he did, and told me a nurse came around asking about me and also that they have a neighborhood watch thing, so they are watching me… because of the sz I guess.
