When I was in psychosis I would hear people I know commenting or talking to me. Am I the only one since usually voices are unknown? Why am I associating these voices to real people? Does it mean the sz is more or less severe?

The only experience I have with voices is hearing people I’ve met say the kind of things I think they would say in their voice, but it is as if I’m thinking they are saying it.

I hear the people around me but they are very unkind

I have that sometimes, I’m in a place with people I know and it seems to me they’re commenting what I do, criticize me, mock me

I’ve had many types of voices. In the beginning, they were more humorous. The worst are liars trying to brainwash me, all the time. To me, your experience sounds typical.

I hear people who are driving call me names and that’s all.
