I don’t have mania but sometimes I have voices that make me elated with ideas and out of my mind and the voices will keep me up for days.

I deal with mania. For me my main tell that I am manic is my libido skyrockets to uncomfortable levels.

howdy, schizoaffective person here, uhh
bad impulse control, delusions of grandeur, intense overall tone, lightweight hallucinations (visual), high adrenaline, pressured speech, kinda…high libido, and overwhelming fear? sorta
additionally, heightened emotions. it’s nice when i’m in a good mood but otherwise it’s total hell.
