from time to time i feel wierd sensation in my chest.soemtimes its Warmth other time cold.also i feel like a bleeding wound.i make relation and connection of these sensation in delusional way.is it common feelings as schizoohrenic?is it hallucinations?

Im not sure maybe you should ask your doctor. you could have a heart defect.

It could be indigestion actually. That can cause pain, pressure, warmth feeling etc. first get it checked. If everything is ok it’s probably psychological
