Some places I go like a certain grocery market, my mental health center, a certain restaurant I hear a group of people either berating me, saying they’re poisoning my food, or watching me and trying to get into mind. Today I was getting my blood drawn and this girl and her friend probably nearby, because I got upset at them, wanted to follow me and probably attack me even though I don’t know why. I don’t think I attract this sort of negative attention. It’s really disconcerting since I’m not a teenager but a mature women and maybe they see a young person.

Have you considered that potentially? These are either hallucinations or delusions or both? I’m sorry you’re going through this.

I’ve been having delusions that people are talking about me when I go out lately too.
