I voted eating too often or not enough. I feel like im eating myself to an early death.

It’s crazy on some aps. Our bodies are automatic to a large extent… we eat because our bodies do 90% of the deciding. If you have an itch youre going to eventually comply with your body and ‘voluntarily’ scatch it

I voted messing with meds. That can be deadly at times it’s so serious.

I chose eating. I’m guilty of snacking but also missing breakfast and lunch. I also struggle with hygiene. But couldn’t choose two.

I think it’s the worst for the health

I talked in general,not for me

I sleep early

For me it would be not brushing teeth or irregular bathing

I would say being night owl might not be such a good idea health wise, although I kinda like it all the same because it is atmospheric and all.
