Yelling F***! OCD

Probably my biggest problem now.

Think it’s harm ocd.

It comes and goes. Today and yesterday I’ve had dysphoria and intrusive obsessive thoughts and yelled f*** at max volume about ten times.

Some days or even weeks I’m fine. Usually it’s associated with poor sleep. Caffiene also affects it.

F***!

I hope you’ll feel better soon

I get you, I don’t want to take more med too

Your doctor doesn’t have non medication solution then?

Therapy doesn’t work with OCD?

It does work but it’s something I have to do myself as the health services are strained here

Your health insurance doesn’t pay it ?

It’s public healthcare here but I live in an underserved area.

Oh, such a pity

There’s no therapist online you could see?

Yes possibly. I get agitated by people in rl. My best bet would be a therapy workbook or other self guided program. I just dont have motivation.

Yes. I can’t continue these outbursts. I would be doing quite well without them.

Yes, I get it’s difficult to live

I hope the situation will resolve soon

Hopefully. It’s been happening for over a year.

Its better to take meds not worth suffering. In my opinion. Resisting help is bad

If it’s been happening for over a year I would take the OCD meds

I can’t physically tolerate more meds. I’m already sickened. For every symptom they relieve they cause half a dozen other problems.

When I was a nurse the literature said things are only a problem if they affect your functioning. Sounds like this is a problem according to that criteria
