Always depressed, anxious and irritable. Perhaps I need to find myself some goals?

I need goals and perhaps that will do something.

You need a distraction like a YouTube meditation. The anxiety ones are quite good even if you’re not feeling anxious!

Maybe there’s something you don’t like in your actual life

Try to reflect about what you like and don’t like about your life,what you would like to change,and then change what you can
