I hope you feel better soon. I have bad anxiety and nothing much helps besides klonopin as needed. I wish I knew the answer to help you. Anxiety is awful.

I agree it is awful i wish it would go away but its getting worse lately idk

Yeah I’m pretty sure mine is brain damage or something. Even anti-anixety meds don’t work for me. So I’m here with you. Nonetheless I’ll continue with experiments.

Do you have counseling? There with you now. All I have is vistaril. Hope you get a break from your anxiety. Hugs.

Thanks @roxanna i have diazepam but low dose, pdoc wont let me have more than 2’s she thinks i’ll get addicted on 5 or 10

Mine only happened with medication unfortunately and meditation. But my buspirone* and trileptal works wonders.

@Ducky my therapist has adhd and recommended the balance app to me. I try to meditate with guided meditation 5 minutes a day. They teach you how to meditate without guided like counting your exhales and saying in and out when you breathe. That plus medication plus radical acceptance and coping statements really helped me also. My favorite coping statement is : “Everything worked out” and “This is just a season” DBT therapy helped with my anxiety. Sitting with the feeling first, processing it, then distracting myself with emotional regulation list/ activities ( sometimes called soothing activities list) They have those online.

I do ACT exercises regularly.

You can meditate on a regular basis, do heart coherence , see a sophrologist, drink chamomile tea, put essential oil on your wrist and smell that

@POET its kind of stuck the anxiety mode. Ive been trying to think happy thoughts but it isnt working. Constant
