Taking a walk.
I beat a panic disorder through therapy…I learned that you have to learn how to “unplug the fear” associated with anxiety and panic attacks…it takes time to divert your mind to a happy place but it works…I’ve been anxiety and panic attack free ever since I mastered the task.
