Voices and anxiety

Anyone figure out how to deal with anxiety brought on by voices. It messes up half of everyday then the anxiety dies off around 4 everyday. Then im just thankful the anxiety is gone then.

Im doing breathing exercises like a mf and trying to have activities to keep my mind occupied. Going to the gym or at least working out everyday helps too

Any meds, hobbies activities anyone recommends?

My voices these days are neutral. They don’t create much anxiety. I hope you find something that helps.

My voices and anxiety are understandible. Better to hear no voices and it doesn’t help believing in things that make no sense. Someone told me most of my voices aren’t real. Just want peace of mind. I will try to achieve this.
