I beat anxiety through therapy alone…the idea is to “unplug the fear” of having anxiety…diverting the mind to a happy place…takes a lot of practice but it worked for me.
Maybe cut back on caffeine if you drink it. A moderate amount can be beneficial, but too much and anxiety can be a problem.
