I returned my mattress after I found a box big enough to put it in Scamazon received it and now they are saying refund delayed

Return refunds are too complicated imo, idk how ya do it. Never had a successful refund on amazon, only on temu and stopped using it after that ;x

I’ve always had great success getting refunds with Amazon. Maybe it won’t be delayed for long. If you’re concerned, contact customer service for more info

Put a refund request in mate, that you havent received it, they get hundreds of requests per day, get your refund. Amazon wont give a toss - they will charge it back to the shipping company xx

Amazon gave me a refund once right away but it was for credit I had to dig and check for it, it was in the payment method section

SOrry @Rainstorm . Like @Lilyofthevalley I have always had great success with Amazon refunds and replacements. I am just now returning a phone my wife has had for 3 weeks and got the replacement coming today.

I always had good experiences with returning items. Just about three weeks ago I returned two items to the Amazon counter in Whole Foods and the refund for one of them was credited to my checking account by the time I got home. The other one was two days later.
Here’s the Amazon customer service phone number 1-888-280-4331, you can call them up and ask the representative why there’s a delay and when the refund is coming. They solve a lot of problems on the phone. With some items they just take longer to issue a refund. I remember a returned pair of shoes took almost two weeks to get a refund while the majority of refunds come in one-two days.

lately i got message from amazon that i have suspicious activity in my account so my order is cancelled message and i got freaked out because i m quite actively using my amazon account for my animal foods( lot of fish and my cat) and some unique books that its impossible find in turkey except amazon market.and even though i find books in amazon its high risk of rejection at turkish borders.they reject books.can you imagine.such a ass.ole state
