I just checked Amazon orders and returns. It said we had an ironing board delivered 2 days ago. We never got it.
So, I looked up the Amazon customer support phone number and called. 5 minutes later I have a total refund coming.
I have no proof that it did not arrive. Porch pirates couldve taken it for all I know. But I’m getting a refund nonetheless in 5 minutes. Really pleased.
It was too much of a strain on my body to work there, but holy cow, they know how to treat their customers well.
Walmarts pretty good too in that regard. 2 1/2 weeks ago I ordered a $39 car trash can, 4 days ago I got an email saying it was delivered at 11:42 am. I had somewhere to go at 12:30 that day and when I left the house I never saw the package or when I returned I never saw it in front of my door. Walmarts website said wait two days and if I couldn’t find it or it didn’t show up then contact them. Two days later I contacted them and not only did I get a refund that same day they gave me a $10 coupon good towards my next purchase. It could have been a porch pirate or for all they know I received the package and lied and said I didn’t. I was happy with Walmart.
I had my phone almost a year that I bought second hand from Amazon Warehouse deals. I got a refund after returning it for being faulty. I wasn’t receiving calls on it.
