Too bad you struggle with sleep. Lately I’ve been sleeping pretty decent. Can’t complain. But I had insomnia for 10 years. The medication I took before was impossible to sleep on, it was killing me slowly. Honestly I’m lucky to be alive. I was really on the edge of the cliff when things finally started to work out.

I’m up still. It’s 01:12 here. Sitting by candlelight at table writing in my journal and surfing online on my phone. Hubby sleeping. I must go to bed and try sleep as well…
