I had this before a psychotic break, can be absolute torture if it goes on for days. Hoping for a well deserved shut-eye for everyone concerned.

It happens to me also. Makes me suffer! I wish I could have a regular sleep schedule and pattern like we are trying to work on with my psychologist, but there’s no way I can work on that without sleeping all day like I’m used to…
