A healthy amount of caffeine and a good diet i think. There are some other ways, rather sketchy ways but i don’t want to be the one who suggests things that aren’t ethical

i searched that it’s bitter like crazy but there’s not much alternative other than spending on the supplement l theanine which takes more energy, money and time to process it
So in my case, I am planning to eat 300 mg l theanine supplement in powder form each time in the evening then drink 4 cups of green tea ,8 grams of green tea leaves in the morning
Same problem here. ADHD meds changed my life and helped me focus so well. Felt an interest in things that I never had before. Then, of course, I end up going psychotic on them . Unlucky.
I’ve talked to docs about options. Non-stimulant attention meds apparently don’t have much efficacy for people with sz and SZA.
Real shame. Just how the cookie crumbles sometimes.
