hey, I just realised that the mobile phone may be causing me unnecessary stress/anxiety so as an experiment I want to try shutting down the phone and only use it at night to check messages.
I use my phone a lot and I like talking to people but it seems to have taken over my life a little bit, I’m hoping to get a nice watch for telling the time, but I will still use the alarm on my phone next to my bed.
I don’t really want to carry it around with me at this point.
