I recommend this sleeping tablet for when other tablets like the Z ones, make you groggy. This one puts you to sleep properly but also allows you to wake up without feeling groggy. Your alertness does go down a little, but because you are less tired during the day - it’s not noticeable. A little tea/coffee would complement it well.

In the UK, yup. May be different in North America, but I imagine it’s the same
