I’ve found I’ve had this problem for a few months now that I can’t sleep without music or a podcast going
Same here. I play the same song list every night, and I also have to have the white noise of a fan going, too.
My wife currently needs music to sleep if I’m not in the room. If I am in the room she uses my snoring to get to sleep.
She used to use other background noise before I bought her a sound machine last Christmas that included music tracks.
I personally prefer quiet. I can’t sleep easily with background noise.
@WhiteRaven my husband can’t sleep with noise so I have earbuds, headphones (I can sleep in them surprisingly), and speaker headband all just in case one dies
My husband is like this
I fall asleep with the tv as background noise
@WhiteRaven @SzSupportAdmin if they all die I go downstairs and turn on YouTube
I need TV or a movie to fall asleep. Don’t know why.
I’ve been going to sleep with my Echo Dot or the radio on for the past ten years.
I have the same problem. I have to listen to music for at least half an hour before falling asleep. Also the music has to be loud enough.
Sometimes I listen to music on my mp3 player after going into bed, like 6-7 songs just to settle. Also it helps when it’s cold season so I can listen to music until I get the right temperature under det duvet. I can’t sleep if I feel cold.
Generally doesnt help me. If im having bad insomnia ill put on soft music just becayse it makes it easier to lie awake all night.
I needed promethazine hydrochloride in order to fall asleep! Recently my DR said that it can cause dementia so now I’m on nothing!
I have been falling asleep in the chair due to heat and tiredness from working
When I go to bed I have the television on Netflix
Then turn it off
Think it takes time to fall asleep but I generally go into a very deep sleep with incredibly complex dreams
It’s almost like a psychosis like experience
Same here, I sleep with cable news as the background noise.
If not I’ll play ocean sounds or forest sounds on my Apple HomePod to fall asleep
I listen to radio/music every night I go to sleep. my radio shuts down on itself after one hour
I started to listen to radio/music while going to sleep when I was under 10 years old. I’m still having hard time to fall asleep in quiet. I start to get scared easily. listening to something soothing helps me sleep. my spouse has gotten used to my radio playing in low volume when we go to sleep, he can’t fall asleep without music now lol
I have two white noise generators
