I want to make a post asking people what they think of social credit scores but I realize it’s a controversial topic and I’m not sure if this site is the place for things that charged. So I’ll just ask how do you feel about polarizing or explosive topics on this site? Is it fun or is this not the place for things like that?

I used to constantly feel the need to do what you’re trying to do. It doesn’t work. It just causes problems and work and trouble for the moderators who are volunteering their time and energy.
Try to think of clever things that are amusing that people can share in that might enrich people’s lives. Music, art, philosophy are all fair game.

My opinion on social credit scores: bad for schizos
I would have tanked my score during tge times I was homeless/ psychotic
That would affect my social assistance possibly
Topics like social credit score and other controversial topics are probably better for other forums like Reddit.
Mods and admin like to keep this place pretty chill. Hot button issues are generally against the rules, and are usually judged case by case if they’re not explicitly in the rules.
I knew I was walking the line but genuinely wasn’t trying to make anyone’s life harder. Now that you say that I realize thats what I was doing. That’s the kind of stuff I like to talk about and I didn’t use any other social media. Wasn’t intentionally trying to upset anyone. I’ll keep it low key.
