Whenever things seem to be going ok it feels like the universe is angry at me lol I know that sounds dumb but it really feels like that.
I think deep down i feel I dont deserve to be happy because other people might think that. It really weighs me down and its kind of wasting my life.
Wish I could be one of the people who deserves to be happy
This is just messed up self esteem imo, you do deserve to be happy if you’ve changed from whatever wrongs you may have done in the past. And some of those wrongs may have been compelled by your surroundings - schizophrenia makes a person mentally vulnerable to making choices under cracked conditions.
Don’t feel wrong if youre going through a smooth patch, I can relate to this feeling

Yeah it’s similar to when you feel bittersweet because something you didn’t enjoy has finally ended (at least for me it is). Don’t let it dictate things though, take in your stride instead

It’s good man, but without application it’s just plugging stuff together. You definitely have a much deeper appreciation for it which I haven’t reached yet.
