Well it finally happened. I officially got fired today. After two weeks of being in limbo my manager finally pulled me into a meeting with HR. It was cut and dry. You’re terminated due to not being able to keep up with performance expectations and yada yada.
Trying to not let it make me spiral, but I’m barely hanging on. I don’t know what’s going to happen next.
I’m sorry you got fired. I hope you’ll find a job that better suits you.
So sorry. Just know that you did your very best at that job. You never know, but your next job might be better suited for you.

Sometimes jobs don’t work out
But it doesn’t sound like they supported you to achieve this imaginary performance they wanted in any way
I hope your next employer is a bit more collaborative and elevates you rather than pulling you down
You have a lot to offer but it can take something like this to try and seek a better environment rather than people trying to turn the screw

No I’m not going to the hospital. I need to use this time to apply to more jobs. And in my down time I’m writing a lot, I’m going to exercise and hang by the pool and just do some self care
