I read an article, maybe here, where a lady ate a lot of vegetables. She was not a smoker and got lung cancer from the pesticides in the vegetables.
I was raised vegetarian from birth and started eating meat slowly around 12 years old. I was so pale before eating meat. Looked like a vampire haha. I immediately was flushed with colour and felt like I was high on drugs when I had my first medium rare juicy beef steak. So good. But veggies like broccoli and cauliflower and all that are also so good I reckon. Makes my mind clearer or something I swear. Like how they say your gut is your second brain. I dont doubt it. I feel like absolute ass if I eat junk too often. And if I do, I try to have it later in the day. Feel like it ruins my mood and day ahead if I start with junk food or sugary stuff.
Lol anyways soz I know this was meant to be a joke post but it made me think of this stuff.
