Im so happy because I have been vegan for over 2 weeks now

Anyone want to know what I am eating?

Ask away.

Is anyone else changed their eating patterns recently?

I started a high fiber, low carb (up to 70g per day), high protein diet. I like it.

Fibre is good. It cleans out the bowels like a broom

I was on a high fiber diet already but increased my fiber even more in hopes of it helping my digestive system

Oh trust me on that, i am actually on like a lot of protein somehow. I guess tofu is quite protein dense.

Awwww thankyou. You are so sweet.

Yes courgettes are amazing. The green color is also good.

Yess!! Our brains chemistry works this way that green color is literally calming and red means danger/ fight or flight mode. So when you look at the trees or grass it helps a lot. Blue is good too. But green is having the best impact i think.

I’ve started taking probiotic fermented foods for gut health.

I was vegan for a while. Now I’m vegetarian but still mostly vegan. I drink oat milk but eat dairy yoghurt for probiotic value. I eat occasional eggs too but only free range. I’m very concerned about animal welfare so try to eat animal products sparingly.
