That’s good I think lions mane doesn’t have much side effects, others are just good generally but I haven’t read any studies on them for schizophrenia

Variety of raw organic produce! I currently have organic celery, radishes, beets, and bell peppers. I also have mixed organic leafy greens, romaine lettuce, and frozen organic veggies as well. I tend to add these items with organic olive oil, salt, and avocado ![]()

Wild salmon imo is not as good as farmed salmon due to higher mercury content compared to farmed ones
