What type of diet do you reccomend?

I’m trying to eat healthier. What type of diet do you reccomend? I was thinking maybe Mediterranean.

I wish i could help you with this because im very passionate about food. If i had to guess, i think the mediterranean diet might not be a bad idea for you :slight_smile:

Fish and olive oil is good Mediterranean are healthy people.

Work some blueberries in. muffins, cobbler, in oatmeal, yogurt, any way you can. it’s a superfood

The Mediterranean diet is one of the more sustainable diets and is usually ranked number one on most lists of best diets.. You can eat chicken and salmon and even red meat occasionally on it. You have a choice of a wide array of fruits and vegetables and whole grains brown rice, bread and pasta. You can eat beans and nuts and seeds and dairy in moderation. There are websites and books with health, tasty filling Mediterranean diet recipes. I bought a book that has recipes for one or two people, handy if you want to cook for yourself and you’re the only one in the household who’s on the diet.

I don’t follow any trendy diets.

With the help of the increased dose of Mounjaro my appetite is shrinking.

I eat anything I want in small controlled amounts.

For sz symptoms do keto for 6 months and then see how you are. It’s so hard to eat out but it’s been an amazing game changer for me. Lost weight. Good. But get out the other side and you have great mental gains and you can cheat a bit but I do lo carb and it’s good. And that sz thing is increasngly more good!

One meal a day plus unlimited vegetables works for me. When I wake up I try to have a huge bowl of any type of vegetables I want. Then I try to have a normal balanced meal and veggies later in the day. I’m not doing this now as I kind of hit my weight loss goal for now but when I was doing it it was great
