What do you do to supplement a health plan?

I have decided to allow myself to listen to music on my headphones for 4 weeks to jig me along these next 4 weeks of strict lifestyle habits (start).

Gym, strict eating, studying,

I need a release and that is gonna be music.

How about you?

I need to live a healthy lifestyle. Problem is is one of the only things that I enjoy in this world is food so I don’t restrict my calories and I’ve gained weight again so IDK what to do.

Yes food can make one feel good. Its really hard. I ate so much food for decades it is very pricey. But the feel good effects are so powerful that it is hard for me to stop.

I am putting job and ppl on hold to kik binge eating out of my system. If i dont want bowel cancer and a stoma bag

I don’t remember you being a binge eater. I have done so but I live with my dad now so I can’t sneak and eat as much It’s harder to binge which is kind of a good thing.

junk food in excess is detrimental on so many levels for me

I’m trying to cut caffeine out of my life but every time I do I get bored and go buy a coffee like I did today :man_shrugging:

Yeh it is so difficult especially when medicated and traumatised from sz.

If you still wana give up coffee, keep trying :wink:

You know I have a healthy high fiber meal plan and I ensure that I move at least 3 km each day.

The only drawback I’ve got is unlimited cigarettes.

My ex bf has that isssue too about inhaling substances. It is hard for me to understand what that is like cos i never got addicted to inhaling stuff.

Have u tried nicotine patches

Yes Clopixol became my drug of choice 29 years ago. It has saved me from psychosis so far. I like smoking cigarettes but don’t like drinking.

I know that smoking cigarettes is harmful and expensive but smoking is my only habit.

I don’t attempt to quit it cause I like it.

I try to work out for the physical health, meditate for the mental health

That’s great. You’re on the right path. I’m exercising moderately for physically and mentally wellbeing and I find that helpful.
