How do I explain this to my PCP

She wants me to do this certain breathing test and I have to do it morning afternoon and evening. I don’t have the memory or discipline to do this. Should I get pdoc note to give her?

You probably do have the memory and discipline necessary. If your PCP is asking for it, it’s probably important. I would try to do it
