Number 1 take his picture and take that to the apt manager.
Number 2 if you can have a male friend (preferably a big guy) accompany you everywhere for a few days. If you can.
I think harassment is a serious matter. If you document it maybe you can make it a case. I felt harassed on tv and when I went out. It made me very upset to hear such negative comments. I don’t think it’s right to harrass someone regardless. I was so harassed I wake up uneasy. I think what a person says to you matters.

I don’t recommend that unless you have the financial resources to respond to the legal complications that follow. If I was a female, I’d respond with:
”Sorry, I only date men.”
Guys like that don’t want women like that. They prefer women they can intimidate. Don’t give them the pleasure.
